Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up time, and any refund goes back to your original payment method. Closer to the pick-up, part or all of the fare may be kept, because a vehicle and driver have already been committed to your journey.
How Much Do I Get Back If I Cancel?

What If My Flight Is Cancelled or Delayed?
If the airline cancels your flight, we reschedule your taxi free of charge or refund it in full, whatever the notice. Flight delays are never charged: we follow your flight and move the pick-up automatically.
How Do I Cancel?
Send your cancellation in writing to info@istanbulairporttaxiservices.com or on WhatsApp at +90 533 770 29 14, quoting your name and flight or booking details. The time of your message counts as the time of cancellation.
How Long Does a Refund Take?
We issue approved refunds within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 3 to 14 days after that.
