Is My Data Sent Abroad?
Personal data is stored on servers in Türkiye or in countries that provide adequate protection. Where a transfer abroad is necessary, it takes place under Article 9 of the KVKK with the required undertakings in place. Messages sent through WhatsApp, and visit statistics collected through Google Analytics, are also subject to the terms of those providers.
What Are My Rights?
Under Article 11, you may ask whether your data is processed, ask for information about the processing and its purpose, learn which third parties receive it, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and object to results produced by automated analysis.
