Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every booking made with Istanbul Airport Taxi Services, a brand of Coşar Turizm Taşımacılık İnşaat ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. By placing a booking, you accept them. Please read them together with our cancellation policy.
How Is a Booking Confirmed?
A form or a WhatsApp message is a request, not a booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation stating the vehicle class, the fare and the pick-up details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address, flight number and contact details you give us.
What Does the Fare Include?
Fares are per vehicle, in euros, and include VAT, tolls, parking and the time of your driver, unless stated otherwise in your confirmation. Our published fares apply to journeys from the airport. We confirm all other journeys in writing.
How Does Waiting Time Work?
- Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time
- City pick-ups include 15 minutes of free waiting
- Waiting beyond this is charged at €15 per additional 30 minutes or part of 30 minutes
- Flight delays are never charged: we follow your flight and adjust the pick-up
What Are the Rules on Luggage and Conduct?
- Luggage must not exceed the stated capacity of the booked vehicle; extra luggage may require a larger vehicle at a different fare
- Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle
- Children must travel in an appropriate child seat, which we provide free of charge on request, subject to availability
- A driver may end a journey without refund where passenger behaviour endangers safety
What Is the Limit of Our Liability?
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including extreme weather, road closures, strikes, security incidents or exceptional traffic. Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the journey concerned, except where Turkish law imposes a higher standard.
