Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically between you, the Buyer, and Coşar Turizm Taşımacılık İnşaat ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., the Seller, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. It applies when you confirm a booking with Istanbul Airport Taxi Services.

What Is the Service and the Price?
The subject of this agreement is the passenger transport service ordered electronically by the Buyer, with the vehicle class, route, date and total price including all taxes as stated in the written confirmation. The Seller undertakes to perform the service on the agreed date and at the agreed time, subject to force majeure.
Do I Have a Right of Withdrawal?
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for transport services performed on a specified date are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Even so, the Seller applies the voluntary terms in its cancellation and refund policy, which are more favourable to you.
Where Are Disputes Heard?
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the place of residence of the Buyer are competent to hear disputes, within the limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.
