Mercedes Bus for Airport Groups
For groups too large for a Sprinter, we run a Mercedes bus between the airports and the city. Fares start at €300, and we confirm the seats, the luggage and the fare for your trip in writing before you travel, so your whole group knows the arrangements in advance.

Who Is This Vehicle Right For?
Send us your group size, flight details and drop-off address. A bus needs a suitable place to stop, so we also check the access at your hotel before we confirm. If your group is split across flights, several smaller vehicles may suit you better.
- Delegations and event guests
- Large parties landing on one flight
- Groups going to one hotel
What Is Included in the Fare?
- VAT, tolls and parking
- Flight tracking, with no charge for a late landing
- The first 60 minutes of waiting after your landing
- A driver at the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name
- A child seat free of charge on request, subject to availability
What Should I Send for a Bus Fare?
- Your group size and the number of large suitcases
- Each flight number, with the landing date
- Your drop-off address, and whether the street is narrow or restricted
- Any second stop, and whether you also need a ride back to the airport
Should I Book a Bus or Several Sprinters?
A bus keeps a large group together, and it suits one flight going to one hotel. Several Sprinters suit a group that lands on different flights or stays at different hotels, or one whose hotel has no room for a bus to stop. Tell us your plans, and we will suggest what fits before we confirm the fare.
Common Questions
How Many People Does the Bus Carry?
Tell us your group size and we will confirm the right vehicle and seat count with your fare. For up to 15 people, the Mercedes Sprinter is usually the better choice.
Can the Bus Reach Every Hotel?
Not always. Some Old City and Beyoğlu streets are too narrow for a bus, so we check your hotel first and suggest the nearest suitable stop.
