Payment and Security
We take no payment on this website. We confirm your fare in writing first and then tell you how to pay for your booking. Card payments are made on the secure page of a licensed Turkish payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express, in euros or in Turkish lira at the daily rate
- Bank transfer or EFT for corporate accounts, against an invoice issued in advance
- Cash to the driver, where this has been agreed in writing before the journey
How Is My Card Protected?
Card transactions pass through 3D Secure authentication. Card numbers are entered directly on the PCI-DSS certified page of the payment provider, and we keep only a masked reference and a transaction number, for reconciliation and refunds. We will never ask you to send card details by WhatsApp or email.
How Is the Website Protected?
The whole website is served over HTTPS. Our forms are protected against automated abuse, and the details you submit are sent in encrypted form.
What If I Am Asked for Payment Unexpectedly?
Your written confirmation states the fare and how to pay. If someone asks you for a different amount or for card details in a way that does not match it, do not pay, and contact us at once on +90 533 770 29 14.
